"Staff was accommodating with my request for a room on a quiet side. Room was advertised as a suite but was very small with extremely outdated furniture and TV. Very convenient to the Danbury Mall. Ongoing construction outside and inside. Difficult connecting with the desk via phone but they did respond to emails."

"The Heritage property is getting pretty old and in need of some renovation. Odors in the stairwells and carpeted common areas have become a concern during our last two stays which were two years apart. "

"Check in is always a friendly and welcoming. We stay here several times a year to come visit family in town. Rooms are clean and it was nice they put us in an adjoining room. "

"I feel cleaning crew could start later, check out isn’t until 11, why start any earlier? Way too much noise in the hallways. "
